The first step to a happier you
How To Use The Growth & Productivity Journal
Welcome to your journey towards a more organised, motivated, and fulfilled life! Our Growth & Productivity Journal is designed to help you live a more abundant life, set meaningful goals, and track your progress every step of the way. Here's a guide to making the most out of each feature in your journal.
PART I. Journalling Tips
1. Pre-fill Dates: Write out your dates before starting the journal to maintain a consistent flow. This is put less pressure on remember the dates when you roll over to another week or month and saves you from going back and forth.
2. 5-5-5 Method: Spend more than or even less than 5 minutes each on the morning rituals, planning out your day, and the night rituals. For example: Choose specific times in your routine for journaling/planning like after breakfast or before bed this will make it easier for you to navigate it into your daily routine.
3. Consistency is Key: Make journaling a daily habit and prioritize it into your daily routines. It takes 21 days to form a habit, use that to your advantage.
4. Color Code: Use the “Neutral Luxe Highlighters” to differentiate tasks (e.g., Pink for Events, Green for Gym). Colour coding will help differentiate the different event you have through out the day. You can even use this for your habit tracking for example you could colour coordinate each habit to a certain colour so then you can cross check it with ease through each day!
5. Keep It Accessible: Store your journal somewhere easy to reach, like your nightstand or desk. Seeing it everyday will prompt you to use it consistently.
6. Brain Dump: Use the journal pages at the end of each week to clear your mind by writing down all your thoughts out. A clear mind leads to less brain fog throughout your day.
7. Reflect on Daily Quotes: Each day, take a moment to read and reflect on the quotes provided.
PART II. Digging deep to a divinely you
To begin, we'll start with the first process: discovering the Divinely You. While this section can be completed anytime, we highly recommend doing it before starting your Growth and Productivity journey. In the following pages, you'll dive deep into your life, identifying areas that may need attention, uncovering your core values, and discovering what truly brings you joy.
These pages include instructions to guide you, followed by journal prompts designed to enhance your awareness for each section. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to email us at divinelymeco@gmail.com
